Immortals add Johnson to their United Cup roster, ex Urartu

Immortals de Cibao (LDC) added to their roster American guard Tajai Johnson (188cm-84kg-1993, college: Clark Atlanta) for the 2024 United Cup of Champions (Dominican Rep.).

Johnson played last summer at FIMA 94 EliteYerevan (League A) where in 10 games he averaged remarkable 39.2ppg, 13.3rpg, 5.3apg and 2.5spg. The other team he played shortly was Urartu (League A). In three games he had high stats: 21.0ppg, 5.3rpg, 3.3apg and 3.0spg.

Johnson has played also professionally in USA, ABA (San Francisco City Cats) and UBA (Atlanta Savage). He played in the final of Armenian League A in 2023.

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to USBasket.com All-UBA Honorable Mention back in 2019.

Johnson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.

He graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 2017 and it will be his seventh season as a professional player. Johnson played for other colleges like: Contra Costa College, University of California Riverside.
